Coping with Anxiety Starts with Knowledge

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

A lot of people believe that there are many disorders in the world that should not have been called disorders to begin with. Stress and anxiety, for example, are just said to be mere signs of a root problem that needs to be addressed and should therefore not be called a disorder. In fact, when a person has succeeded in coping with anxiety, that person will find out that he can actually go back to his relaxed self once more.

Many professionals, including some psychologists and psychiatrists, are just too quick to diagnose people who come to them as suffering from stress and anxiety disorder.
